The Reservation Policy is as per Section 3 of our General Terms & Conditions displayed on the website, summarised as follows:

3.1 A reservation request or reservation can be made verbally, by telephone, in writing, by e-mail or via booking sites.

3.2 After receipt of your reservation request and the confirmation, you are bound to pay the deposit. The reservation is only final when you have received a confirmation from us and the deposit has been paid.

The Cancellation Policy is as per Section 5 of our General Terms & Conditions displayed on the website, summarised as follows:

5.1 Cancellations are only accepted in writing or by e-mail, stating your reservation details.

5.2 If the reservation agreement is cancelled, the following cancellation costs will be charged: In addition to the reservation and other costs owed, the following applies: the deposit is non refundable unless more than 60 days notice of cancellation is made and there will be a 10% admin charge of the total transaction. There will be no refunds with less than 30 days notice.
